Return Process

  Log into your EvoTech account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific item.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
